Terms of Service

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent match results or ratings.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its data.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.

GlobalRacketSportsCommunity is a community platform. All users are expected to participate with respect, fairness, and good sportsmanship. Conduct that disrupts the community — including manipulation of ratings, coordinated result falsification, or abusive behaviour toward other players — may result in suspension or removal of your account.

Club administrators are responsible for maintaining conduct standards within their club. Complaints about conduct may be submitted via the contact page.

Match results submitted on the Platform are used to calculate ratings and standings. Both players in a match must confirm a result before it is applied. Ratings are calculated using algorithmic methods (including ELO-based systems) and are provided for informational and competitive tracking purposes only.

GlobalRacketSportsCommunity does not guarantee the accuracy of ratings or standings. Ratings do not constitute official federation rankings and should not be represented as such. Disputed results may be reviewed by club administrators.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to act on your behalf in ways that misrepresent your identity or results. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts created with false information may be removed without notice.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (such as profile information and match notes). By submitting content, you grant GlobalRacketSportsCommunity a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content in connection with operating the Platform.

The Platform itself — including its design, code, branding, and rating algorithms — is owned by GlobalRacketSportsCommunity and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users or to the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect users or the integrity of the Platform.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. See the Privacy Policy for information on data deletion.

GlobalRacketSportsCommunity is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes between players, inaccurate ratings, or loss of access to your account.

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime or data unavailability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
